Race bibs distribution and start

 

Race bibs distribution (check-in) in Kokava nad Rimavicou:

All participants must come to the mandatory check-in before the Kokava Trail race start (it is not possible to let another person to collect your race bib). 

For those participants, who will arrive to Kokava nad Rimavicou on Friday, we strongly recommend to use the possibility of evening check-in on Friday 5. September 2025. This will take place
in the House of culture in Kokava nad Rimavicou (Námestie 1. mája square 159/10) between 18.00 and 22.30 CET.

 

On Saturday 6. September 2025 morning the check-in will take place in the same place between 05.30 and 06.30 CET. We kindly ask all participants, who do not have the possibility to check-in on Friday, to come in advance enough (which means not during the last 30 minutes before start time).

During the check-in the list of enrolled participants will be checked. The organizers will collect the filled-in and signed Informed consent (Participant’s declaration) document valid for Kokava Trail 2025 from each participant. The participant will receive the race bib. In case of need the participant can get the baggage tag too.

 

During the Saturday morning check-in it is possible to leave your baggage at the check-in place, which will be stored in the House of culture building during the race. The baggage must have a label with the start number, name and surname of the participant. 


Kokava Trail race start:
All participants will start together on Saturday 6. September 2025 at 07.00 CET from the Námestie 1. mája square in Kokava nad Rimavicou (in front of the House of culture). Before start after the greeting from race organizers we will provide a brief information about weather forecast and possibly other necessary information.
